The MTX was converted to nanoparticles by the modified method based on changing pH gradually . For first time NPs+Meropenem complex were prepared and evaluated as a potential tool overcome antimicrobial resistance improve pharmacokinetics of drug, results showed that antibacterial activity (MTX NPs plus MEM) has increased (from 1( µg/ml) >0.5( for p1 , from 2( p10 8( 4( p48).
